What have DJs done wrong?
Have you ever taught of inviting Wizkid, 2face, Chris Brown, Dj Khalid or any top artist in the music industry to come perform at a party? it's gonna be freaking expensive yet a DJ in a way brings all these wonderful Artists together at an event jamming/mixing their songs via his gear yet people offer them less not considering their #expertise #logistics and all
A client once called me for an event and said "why u charge this high? Is it not to just come and play music?"
*I TOLD HIM TO USE HIS DVD HOME THEATER....* because to my knowledge, a DJ has the ability to read the crowd and give them what they want hereby make people stand from their sit to dance and keep 'em on the dance floor for hours

Therefore, as a DJ learn to BARGAIN (You are worth more than what people take you for) in a way that would favor u because you are the LIFE OF A PARTY. Without you, the party will be boring trust me. And to you out there, NEVER UNDERESTIMATE a DJ
